Acquisition of scientific knowledge from tourism geography of the world through analysis of components and determinants of tourism development in individual regions of the world and identification of developmental tourist potentials with the aim of developing competencies in the selection of problems related to tourist regions.

To train students for the application of acquired knowledge from the world's tourist geography in practice.

1. Introduction to tourism geography of the world.
2. The subject and task of studying the tourist geography of the world.
3. Tourism geography of the world and regional development.
4. Definition and typology of tourist regions (concept of tourist region, structural elements of tourist region).
5-15. Presentation of selected tourist destinations in the world: France, Spain, Greece, Italy, Czech Republic, Germany, Belgium, Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco, Seychelles, Turkey, Maldives, India, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Russia, Brazil, Argentina , Peru, Australia, New Zealand and Oceania.
