The aim of the course is to introduce the students with procedural and analytical synthesis techniques which are used in spatial planning, as well as with the legal, organizational and institutional framework for the development of the spatial plan in the world and in Serbia.

Acquiring the basic administrative and professional skills for the successful realization of the procedure of announcing, developing programs, analytical-study documentation, proposal of the plan, as well as participation in the public insight.

4. The sectoral and inter-sectoral analysis and projections
5. Spatial development strategy

8. Adoption of the plan, program and instruments for implementation.

Principles for landscaping of Serbia and Republic Agency for Spatial Planning; Types and content of planning documents. Procedure for the preparation of planning documents; Creation, control, public insight, implementation contract and verification of planning documents; Goals of settlement organization and Plans Commission. Types and content of urban plans; Components of urban plans. Procedure for the development of the urban plan; Creation, control, public insight, adoption and amendments to the urban plan.
