Instruments of Regional Development Planning (2013D11I7)

Introduction students to the concept and factors of regional development and instruments of balanced sustainable regional development planning, especially underdeveloped areas.
Highlighting the importance of greater regional competitiveness and regional spatial integration in the wider environment. Apart from the spatial aspect, the instruments of regional development planning include activities related to the institutional, legislative and strategic framework of regional development policy.
Also, students of doctoral studies will be familiar with the theoretical and methodological apparatus of planning and programming the development of regional infrastructure as an integral whole within the framework of structures and activities in the space.

Adoption students of scientific and applied knowledge related to the planning of balanced, sustainable, regional development.

Theoretical lectures

In order to achieve a balanced spatial development, planning instruments include a set of questions within the scientific and professional issues of sustainable regional development, and are reduced to the following:
