The main objective of this course is mastering the programming and development of public infrastructure programs, identifying participants in this complex process and the skill of choosing priorities that give the greatest developmental effects.

Student's participation in the development of the program of realization and maintenance of infrastructure, as well as the implementation of spatial and other plans, as well as the examination of subjects that influence the realization of planned statements.

Theoretical lectures

(1) Planning of infrastructure systems; (2) Programming the construction of public infrastructure; (3) Capital Grid Development Program; (4) growth management programs; (5) growth management instruments; (6) Development of the Public Infrastructure Improvement Program; (7) The basic parts of the Program design process; (8) The practice of developing the Program; (9) Organization of the Revitalization and Reconstruction Program; (10) Analysis of the physical and functional state of the infrastructure systems; (11) Formation and implementation of the Revitalization and Reconstruction Program; (12) Evaluation of the practice of developing the Program; (13) Analytical documentary preparation; (14) Public infrastructure, urban development and finance; (15) Integration, evaluation and multi-criteria analysis.

Practical lectures

All 15 topics students work individually on the seminar work of programming the development of infrastructure for a specific territory, which are publicly presented and defended.
