Introduction with the industrial space of the world in a territoral and regional aspect.

Students need to: acquire basic terms in the industrial geography; master the methods of measuring the development and deployment of the industry; understand the location theories and the role of location factors; scientfically explain the structural changes and regional differentiation of the industry; acquire knowledge about the spatial and structural characteristics of individual industrial types in a global and regional aspect; explain the causes and consequences of industrialization.
