Acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge about legal issues in business and acquisition of knowledge about legal regulations in the tourism field.

Development of students' abilities for application of business law norms in the tourism and overall business practice.

Theoretical lectures

1. Introduction to law 2. Introduction to law of real property. 3. Basics of the law of obligations. 4. Business subjects. 5. Entrepreneurs. 6. Business entities – partnerships and corporations. 7. Subjects in tourism (travel agencies, hospitality subjects, providers of services in hunting and nautical tourism). 8. Registry of business subjects and tourism. 9. Termination of business entities. 10. Taxes and penalties in tourism. 11. Tourism inspection. 12. General rules of contracts in business. 13. Most important contracts in business. 14-15. Tourism contracts (allotment contract, travel organisation contract, intermediate travel contract, time-sharing contract).

Practical lectures

Examples of creation of certain types of contracts in business, with special regard to ensurance contracts, tourism services contracts, passenger transport contracts and baggage transport contracts.
