Application of GIS in Research and Protection of Geographic Space (2013D21I6)

Introduce, prepare and train students to analyze of environment elements. Objective of the course is creating maps of environmental protection by GIS software. The ultimate goal would be to control, protect and improve the environment elements and model geospatial data.

Qualifying students for the applied of GIS software. This applies at concrete case to manage the project of environment (preparation of a GIS project).

I-III Previous research and concrete application of GIS in the area of control; Protection of environmental elements;
IV-VI Development of geospatial basis of the environment and their relationship with GIS;
VII-IX Application of GIS software; Preparation of the GIS project;
X-XII Analysis of a specific Environmental Protection Project;
XIII-XV GIS model of geospatial data.
