Knowledge of the spatial organization of certain branches of agriculture in the world. Analysis of natural, social and economic factors that shape the layout and characteristics of agricultural production. Understanding the importance of the problem of nutrition and hunger in the characteristic areas of the world.

Introducing students with the role of agriculture in shaping geographic space. Acquiring knowledge about the necessary conditions for agricultural production and its spatial distribution. Students will be able to understand, describe and explain agricultural activity at different spatial levels - from local to global.
