Explanation of concepts of particular importance for the development of the region: accessibility and competitiveness. Accessibility will be explained as one of the key criteria used to measure the achieved level of development and one of the most important indicators for determining priorities in the planning of transport systems. Competitiveness will be explained as the capacity of the municipality / region to develop in competition with the wider environment, raising the standard of living of the population.

Preparation of seminar papers with the aim of deepening knowledge about accessibility and competitiveness, ways of measuring them and ways of achieving higher level of development of the territory through increasing accessibility and competitiveness.
